The true disservice is dishonesty with one's self. It's a crime not to live authentically. Stress and confusion is the ultimate outcome of an individual who denies himself the gift of true and honest expression.
Be honest with what you want, where you've been, what you've done, and who you are. Take in all the good along with the disgustingly bad. Be true not only to others, but especially to yourself.

It's good to compete. It's good to strive for the win. But reality is a chilling reminder of where you actually stand. Take the lesson life gives, then move past the failure. Success is usually a few steps beyond that temporary defeat.
Health is based a lot on what you decided to put into your body. Go for fruits!

I talk about a failure in BJJ, a failure in high school, a failure in ego, and an overall failure in life. The important thing to note is that I'm still moving forward. Keep on trying friends.
Discomfort can be an indicator of what is necessary for you to face. Sometimes in life it's good to step out of one's comfort zone and try something new. Doing something uncomfortable can be a way to confront your boundaries and expand your capabilities.
